1 – Rights of intellectual and industrial property

You agree to comply with all legal and regulatory provisions applicable in this area, and more particularly:

-The rules on copyrights and intellectual and industrial property rights applicable to multimedia, software designs, texts, articles, photographs, trademarks, database, images of any kind on the site. Any reproduction or distribution without express permission, written and prior Association OCS Inventory is prohibited. Non compliance with this ban is an infringement on copyrights legally protected, to justify the commitment of legal proceedings;

– The rules of protection of the name and the logo of OCS Inventory. Without specific authorization, written and prior of OCS Inventory, any reproduction or representation, in whole or part on any media is prohibited. Non respect of this prohibition is a counterfeit that can engage the infringer’s criminal and civil responsibility (articles L.335 – 2 and s. of the Code of intellectual property);

– The rules of protection of names and logos, trademarks or software available on the www.ocsinventory-ng.org site: all the brands mentioned here are trademarks by their respective owners.

– The public policy rules, such as for example pornographic, racist or illegal content regulation which would be likely to prejudice the integrity or the sensitivity of an another user or brand of OCS Inventory through messages, texts or provocative images.

2 – Law computer and freedoms

Personal information collected on this site are part of the OCS Inventory file, managed as part of its statutory purpose and in accordance with the provisions of law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relative to information technology, files and freedoms. The information collected are being a computer processing to management of the distribution of publications and management of contacts of OCS Inventory file. Under the Act, you have the right:

-To oppose, for legitimate reasons, that personal data are subject to treatment;

-To object, free of charge, that your data are used for prospecting, including commercial purposes, by the current maintainer of the processing or further processing;

-To ask the controller to obtain:

Confirmation that personal data concerning you are or are not the subject of a file;

Information related to the purposes of the file, to the categories of records personal data and to the recipients to whom the data are disclosed;

Communication, in an accessible form, any personal data about you as well as any available information as to the origin of these;

In respect of the right of rectification, by the file manager that are, depending on the case, corrected, completed, updated or deleted the personal data about you, that are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication or conservation is prohibited. However, we draw your attention to the fact that certain information collected are necessary not only to the conclusion of contracts and benefits offered by OCS Inventory but also to their good performance. When collecting the information, you are therefore informed of the obligatory or optional nature of the responses to provide, in accordance with article 32 of Act No. 87-17 of January 6, 1978.

4 – General provisions OCS Inventory reserves the right to change the provisions of these terms of use and navigation. By continuing to use the site www.ocsinventory-ng.org and navigate, you accept the changes that would have occurred as well. These general conditions are governed by French law.
